High purity nitrogen is obtained by combustion of carbon catalysts at 300-350 C, in which impurity oxygen in raw nitrogen reacts with carbon in deoxidizer to produce carbon dioxide, and then water, carbon dioxide and dust in the gas are removed by cooling and adsorption.
Nitrogen purification system: High purity nitrogen is produced by adding hydrogen and removing oxygen or carbon deoxidizer, burning deoxidizer or catalyst adsorbing deoxidizer, cooling dewatering, deep adsorbing and drying.
